Nickles Named Johnson City Branch Manager

Appalachian Community Federal Credit Union (ACFCU) is pleased to announce Kendra Nickles has joined the credit union as Branch Manager of its Johnson City location.

Nickles brings nearly two decades of leadership experience in financial services and operations management, including 18 years in banking and extensive work in client relations, staff training, and strategic planning.

In her new role with ACFCU, Nickles will oversee branch operations, focusing on member service excellence, team leadership, and community engagement in the Johnson City market.

Deeply committed to community involvement, Nickles is an active member of the Bristol and Abingdon Chambers of Commerce, Washington County Moose Lodge, and the First Tennessee Regional Mustang Club, where she previously served as Vice President. 

The Whitewood, Va. native has lived in the Tri-Cities since 2004 and studied Business Administration at Virginia Highlands Community College.  A local musician, Nickles also enjoys beekeeping and volunteering at local outreach events.
