Under the new Swivel payment system, member-initiated external payments made through online banking or our website will incur a $5 fee per transaction (one-time or recurring). External payments processed with assistance from a team member will be $15 per transaction for either ACH or debit card payments.

To avoid monthly fees, members are encouraged to set up a recurring ACH payment. This can be established one time at no cost by contacting a team member at 800-378-3778 and completing an authorization form (and recorded authorization if applicable). Once set up, payments will draft automatically, saving time and providing added convenience and peace of mind.
