Effective with January month-end statements, the fee for receiving a printed statement in the mail will be $2.00.
To avoid this fee, please make sure you are signed up to receive electronic communications right away.
ACFCU is committed to providing all members our very best service, and timely information about your accounts. Recently, the Credit Union had an update to our system and as a result, all members were automatically opted in to receive paper statements. This means that even if you were previously enrolled for eStatements you will now receive paper statements in the mail until you re-enroll for eStatements. This change was unexpected, and we regret the inconvenience. Members over age 65 always receive free statements, so no action is required!
We always want to make it right, so all members will receive their paper statement free of charge this month.
If you had previously signed up for electronic statements (eStatements), you must log in to your Online Banking and re-enroll.
Please – sign up or log in to your Online Banking and opt in for eStatements right away to avoid the future fee for paper statements. Effective January 1, 2021, the charge for paper monthly statements will be in effect.
