We live in a world that is constantly bombarded with cyber threats.  With that in mind, ACFCU seeks to provide safe and secure channels for members to access their information day and night.  To provide the best possible protection against fraud and account takeover attempts, we recently implemented an additional cybersecurity product for our online and mobile banking systems. 

If you login to online banking on a desktop computer or our mobile app without facial recognition, you may have recently noticed an addition to the login page that appears like this:

This new addition, called Cloudflare, is an improved version of traditional CAPTCHA security measures. Cloudflare attempts to seamlessly confirm that the user logging in is a real person and not a bot attempting to login via scripted, brute force attempts.

For most of you this verification will succeed without any action on your part.  In most of the remaining cases, you may need to simply check a box to verify that you are a real person, logging in on a valid device.
